Barton Bears Off to the DPSCD Mathematics Bee!

Barton Bears Off to the DPSCD Mathematics Bee!

“When is the Math Bee? When is the Math Bee?” Students were asking this question from the very start of the school year—so when the big day arrived, the excitement was huge!

Barton students in grades 1–5 worked hard to practice their math skills and prepare for both classroom and school-wide competitions. The Barton Bears would like to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Clark and Mrs. Pledge’s 1st grade classes, Mrs. Gonzales’ 2nd grade class, Mrs. Sargent’s 3rd grade class, Ms. Mathis’ 4th grade class, and Dr. Robbins’ 5th grade class for making this year’s Barton Mathematics Bee such a fun and competitive event. The entire Barton Bear community is cheering on our finalists as they head to the District Mathematics Bee on Saturday, April 18th at King High School. Good luck—we are so proud of you!
